Process + Service:
Commission may be done within 1 week to 2 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the artwork, etc. Once the piece is finished you will receive the full PNG image with a small watermark. How you recieve the final piece is based on your choice! (Discord, Email, Twitter (X))

THE FOLLOWING IS COPYRIGHT INFRIGEMENT
Reproducing/Using the copyrighted artwork COMMERCIALLY- MEANS making money off IT in any way not excluded from these terms. ☆Claiming the artwork as your own
☆Altering the artwork without my consent

Communication:
I will be contacting you frequently and sending progress sketches on the drawing to make sure you are happy with it!

Cancellation +Refund Policy:
☆ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission
☆For for ANY reason I am unable to start your commission in a reasonable time you will receive a FULL refund
☆ If you cancel your commission before I started it you can get a full refundIf you are getting a refund (for Paypal users)

DO NOT REQUEST PAYPAL CHARGEBACK

I will transher the money back to you MYSELFIf you requst a Paypal chargeback at ANY point when you are NOT ALLOWED to ask for a refundYou will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned peice and I will have the full right profit further from it any way.I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with or conversation in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

I have the right to refuse a Commission for any reason!Payment:Commissions can be paid either 100% Upfront or Split 50% upfront and 50% AFTER sketch approval (w/watermark to avoid art theft)DO NOT send me any payment before I agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me a payment
